Since Optime was established at Notodden in 2015, we have provided innovation to the oil and gas (O&G) service sector. Today, the company has approximately 150 employees in three locations: Notodden and Kongsberg in Norway, and Houston, Texas, in the USA.
Our locations in Norway offer a unique blend of industrial heritage, strategic location, and innovative culture, which drives our mission to be the leading supplier of subsea intervention and control systems in the oil and gas industry. We achieve this through continuous innovation, with a focus on productivity, modularity, and optimization.

We invent and supply systems and services within subsea intervention, well completion, and well control. Our solutions have been adopted by major operators and have proven to yield significant value for the subsea O&G industry.
