Job Duties
We’re looking for a highly motivated and dependable individual to join our team. The ideal candidate is self-driven, adaptable, and works well in a team setting. Experience in hospitality, cooking, or a similar field is required.
- Prepare ingredients for cooking (e.g., chopping vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)
- Prepare dishes in support of chef (sides, sauces, etc.)
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and organized kitchen environment
- Assist with a variety of cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and polishing
- Monitor and restock consumables as needed
- Notify management of any damages, shortages, or disturbances
- Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines at all times
- Proven experience in kitchen support
- Experience in baking and pastry making strong plus
- Setting tables in line with site standards and providing meal service to guests
Qualifications
- Experience using cutting tools, cookware, and bakeware
- Familiarity with various cooking methods (grilling, baking, boiling, etc.)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
