Senior Technical Professional - Technical Services - Artificial Lift - 207064

Job Duties

  • Under general direction, assists in providing application expertise and any special technical data to Business Development, Application Engineering, Training, External Customers and Operations to support product and service applications globally
  • Reviews, uses, and refers users to appropriate technical content of product / services web pages on Halworld
  • Reviews content for accuracy and recommends revisions as needed
  • Provides operational and practical perspectives to project development and prioritization, as a member of the PSL Project review team or PD&C
  • Establishes operational performance expectations or specifications
  • Incorporates Reliability, Health Safety & Environment (HSE), and Quality standards into job activities
  • Own and manage project plans, milestones, timelines, objectives, and budgets for SCADA and Intelevate initiatives
  • Act as the primary coordination point between customers, Intelevate, and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and execution
  • Manage project follow-ups, risks, and deliverables to meet scope, schedule, and cost targets
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including manuals, data sheets, and standard operating procedures
  • Plan and deliver customer and internal training for deployed solutions
  • Support marketing and technical materials in coordination with commercial and product teams
  • Support the Intelevate QA testing

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering or similar discipline required
  • 4 years of experience in PSL Field Operations, Business Development, or Technology Development as it relates to field operations
  • Previous project management experience preferred
  • Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Arabic preferred
