Job Duties

Under broad direction, creates advanced artificial lift application recommendations and artificial lift proposal development. Subject matter expert on artificial lift application and evaluation in his/her area of knowledge. Provides technical and operational assistance to both internal and external customers in a professional manner. Leads post well evaluations of artificial lift performance. Track product development projects and monitor the area's artificial lift design requirements. Performs assignments, including the generation of technical papers and performance profiles, requiring knowledge and application of engineering principles, advanced artificial lift technology concepts and pump install processes. Utilizes project management skills in the organization and execution of project assignments. Demonstrates the competencies to perform all Technical Professional (TP) functions and mentor/coach employees at lower levels. Performance measurements are based upon successful commercialization of new products, revenue, inventory, and profit, based upon the business plan of assigned area of responsibility. Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or Science and a minimum of 6 years of experience in artificial lift operations required.
