Supply Chain Business Process Analyst

Job Duties

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Supply Chain Business Process Analyst to join our team. As a Supply Chain Business Process Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing our supply chain processes and identifying opportunities for improvement. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, logistics, procurement, and IT, to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency, cost savings, and better customer service.
Responsibilities:
  • Analyse and optimize supply chain processes to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements
  • Identify cost savings opportunities within the supply chain
  • Develop and implement metrics and KPIs to track supply chain performance
  • Monitor supply chain performance and report on key metrics
  • Develop and maintain documentation on supply chain processes and procedures
  • Assist in the design and implementation of supply chain systems and tools
  • Conduct training sessions for supply chain team members on new processes and tools

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, supply chain, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in supply chain or operations
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiencyin data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functionalteams
  • Knowledge of supply chain management systems and tools
