Service Coordinator

Due to increasing workload and an exciting outlook in the Manages Pressure Services department, we are looking for a proactive and technically strong service coordinator.

The service coordinator, together with our project engineers and workshop support team, work closely with the customers to find the optimal solution for their needs. The position reports to the Business Segment Manager in the Managed Pressure Services group, which is part of the Testing & Subsea product line. We are looking for someone who can identify with Halliburton’s values: Safety, Collaboration, Integrity, Trust and Respect.

Work Tasks:

You will be responsible to order equipment and work closely with our project engineers to deliver a fit for purpose technical solution to our customers. Some of the typical tasks include:

  • Coordination of safe, reliable, and efficient execution of Managed Pressure Service operations offshore
  • Actively participate in planning meetings with the customer and provide insight on operation based on experience
  • Participate in pre- and post-job meetings onshore
  • Planning work at the office and checks in the workshop prior to mobilization
  • Potential offshore work to supervise some of the work being performed (1-2 trips per year)
  • Arrange logistics and invoicing


Qualifications:

  • Experience working with Managed Pressure Services is preferred
  • Candidates need to have a trade certificate or engineering degree relevant to the O&G industry
  • Able to handle English and/or Norwegian as working language
  • Candidates with operational offshore experience are preferred
  • Good computer skills are a prerequisite

Personal qualifications
The position requires that you champion the Company's HSE & SQ best practices. The candidate must have good organizational skills and be able to handle complex and challenging situations in a professional way. Excellent communication skills will be important to perform well in a collaborative working environment.
