As our Finance & Accounting organization is transitioning to SAP S/4 HANA, we are gearing up for a pivotal phase. With testing starting this year and full implementation planned for next year, we are looking for new team members to help us navigate this transformation. In this role, you can expect a working day where you are in regular contact with colleagues from various parts of the organization, and you must therefore have good communication and collaboration skills. You are curious and enjoy working in a dynamic, exciting, and informal work environment.
You have good organizational skills and used to managing complex tasks in a hectic everyday life, often with short deadlines.

Responsibility and tasks
- Month end reporting with cost/revenue accruals and follow up of forecasts for business unit/projects
- Yearly budget/plan, monthly forecast
- Reporting and follow-up a specific cost/profit center/ business unit/project
- Monthly variance analysis and profitability reporting
- Actively participate in tenders and contract reviews
- Finance advisor for the operational organization, including financial training
- Calculate and maintain internal cost rates
- Ensure compliance with procedures and processes
- Process improvements
- Participate in quarterly audits, - external and internal
- Sap S4 implementation tasks
Qualifications and experience
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience with finance accounting/project control, preferably from the oil industry
- Good Excel skillsProactive and highly developed communication and cooperation skills
- Detail-oriented, curious, and with a high level of accuracy in combination with the ability to look at the big picture
- Fluent in English, both oral and written. Norwegian language skills are preferred
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Would prefer candidates with team management experience
- Due to occasionally tight deadlines, it is important that you are flexible and willing to adapt to deadlines and everyday challenges.
