Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in business economics, Finance or Accounting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage.
- Good understanding of accounting principles (such as revenue recognition etc)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Key Work Tasks:
- Generate accurate and comprehensive sales orders based on provided information.
- Maintain consistent and clear communication with operations teams regarding job statuses.
- Prepare and process invoices in accordance with established accounting practices and contract terms.
- Input and update data in SAP with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Generate regular reports on sales order processing.
- Complete month-end and accounting close processes.
- Support inventory control processes by reconciling inventory records with financial data.

Job Description
Job Duties:
- Under supervision, you will learn basic safety, repair and operations procedures on equipment and tools for this job.
- You will Learn and adhere to Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) procedures and guidelines, and other appropriate safety and service quality protocols and guidelines.
- Assists in the completion of pre and post job equipment inspections and associated paperwork and/or reports.
- Assists in rigging-up and rigging-down of operation equipment which can include high-pressure iron and hose connections.
- Assist in completing preventative maintenance procedures and maintaining support equipment.
- Assists in the clean-up, repair, and preparation for a job.
- Practices safe driving procedures when traveling to and from locations.
- Completes training as required following the Company's learning development system and processes.
Qualifications:
- Must have High school diploma or equivalent education
- Must be able to obtain a Class A CDL license with tanker endorsement or a class B license depending on product service line
- Must have a satisfactory driver record with no DWI/DUI convictions in the past three years or any current DWI/DUI charges
- Able to lift up to 60lbs
- Able to pass background, physical and drug screen
- Able to understand and carry out routine oral and written instructions
- Able to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Able to accommodate a flexible work schedule, long workdays, and/or irregular work hours, be on-call with short notice and exposed to extreme weather conditions
- Maintains effecting working relationship with other employees
Additional Information:
- Benefit enrollment begins within 30 days of hire date and coverage will become effective on the 90th day of employment.
- Eligible to participate in the Halliburton Retirement and Savings (401K) Plan as of the first day of employment.
- Sign-on bonus after the 90th day of employment
- Halliburton covers the first flight from the lower 48 to Anchorage, AK.
- 10% Alaska living allowance available to employee's whose primary residence is in Alaska.
- 5% Alaska living allowance available to employee's whose primary residence is outside of Alaska.
- Lodging and meals provided during scheduled work rotation.
- Position is eligible for a travel stipend of $700/month for employee’s whose primary residence is outside of Alaska.
- Employee's residing outside of Alaska are responsible for coordinating their own travel to and from Anchorage, AK for their work rotation as well as their own transportation to and from the airport and the Halliburton facility in Anchorage.
- Available work schedule: 2 weeks on/2 weeks off and 3 weeks on/2 weeks off. *Halliburton reserves the right to adjust schedules based on industry needs.*
