Halliburton offers 15 positions with an 18 to 24 months Graduate program for Engineers.

The Graduate Engineers start in different departments; however, the core elements of the program are the same. You'll receive hands-on, real-world work experience that will help prepare you for the next step in your career. You'll become an integral part of our team and be expected to deliver results that will make an impact. You'll make meaningful connections with industry leaders, learn a lot about the industry and develop the cutting-edge skills you need to become a leader of tomorrow.


Halliburton focuses on developing, among other things, these qualities in our engineers: the ability to plan and organize, communication, personal initiative, collaboration and networking.

The Graduate Engineer Program will start in summer/autumn 2027.

Career Development:
Throughout the Graduate Program, you will gain broad exposure to our operations, build technical and professional skills, and work alongside experienced colleagues and leaders. The program is designed to support your long-term career growth and prepare you for future specialist and leadership opportunities within Halliburton.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering or a related technical discipline, such as:

Energy and Environmental Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Structural and Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Geology, Geoscience, Geophysics, Chemistry, Process Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, Materials Technology or Industrial Economics.


You have strong English written and verbal communications skills; Norwegian is an advantage.

Personal characteristics:

The position requires that you follow the company’s HSE procedures.

We're looking for people who are skilled at working on complex technical issues, solving problems, and meeting the needs of internal customers at all levels of the organization.
