Job Duties and Qualifications

  • Under broad direction, responsible for facilitating process improvement across Supply Chain operations
  • Establishes analytical approaches and applies proven process improvement techniques in support of strategic organizational objectives
  • Ensures assigned rotation deliverables are aligned with Voice of the Customer requirements
  • Using structured approach, develops recommendations and leads implementation activities for delivering measurable results
  • Facilitates team activities as needed to accelerate completion of process improvement activities
  • Drives sustainment activities to ensure longevity of solutions
  • May have direct leadership of teams
  • Will need to complete specific assigned projects, provide quarterly executive level presentations and meet developmental objectives in a timely manner in order to successfully complete the rotational program

Requirements:

Completion of an undergraduate degree in Engineering or related field
