Job Duties
- Manufacturing process development and implementation
- Design for Manufacturability (DFM) and protoype-to-production transition.
- Manufacturing routing, process planning, and work center development
- Develops preliminary cost estimates to support studies of product feasibility and assists in establishing selling price
- CNC machining processes, NC programming, and production methods analysis
- Engineering drawing and complex print interpretation
- Production planning and manufacturing capacity analysis
- Lean manufacturing and operational excellence practices
- Cost reduction, productivity improvement, and process standardization
- Cross-functional coordination with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Technology teams

Qualifications
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in methods analysis and NC programming
