Job Duties

  • Under broad direction, incumbent is responsible for the development and administration of production planning schedules to control work flow via work order management and ensure the most efficient use of available resources in meeting customer requirements and deadlines
  • Reviewing, releasing, adjusting, and closing work orders in SAP; handling rework requests, updating BOMs, and maintaining accurate order and tool status across systems
  • Coordinate with manufacturing, procurement, engineering and logistics teams to ensure availability of materials and resources
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules to address delays, shortages, or capacity constraints
  • Will have direct impact and responsibility to meet financial goals and objectives for the business

Requirements:

  • Requires completion of a two year degree; a four year undergraduate degree in supply chain, engineering/applied math, finance/accounting or business is preferred
  • Six years related experience in materials management which includes experience in procurement or logistics or a four year degree plus 2 years related work experience required
  • Strong computer skills and analytical abilities to resolve problems required
    • IT & Data Analysis Tools: Microsoft Excel (Familiar with Pivot, Vlookup, Pareto analysis, Pareto Charts, Macro’s), PowerPoint
    • Ability to think critically and work independently in project management and problem solving
    • Flexibility to work within a multi discipline team and receive dynamic on the job training
    • Team player, aspiration to be a leader, ability to be coherent and confident to present
    • Background in SAP ERP planning
    • Automation Tools: Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, VBA
    • IT Skills: Python, SQL
