Job Duties

Under general supervision, accountable for performing tactical activities; and for providing recommendations, feedback and support on changes to the business systems, policies, processes, procedures and training programs for an assigned domain. The assigned domains focus on the processes from development to invoice including commercialization of our products and services; business partner management; service/product delivery; and financial reporting activities. Job tasks, correctly performed, impact indirectly on cost containment, efficiency, profitability or operations. Consequences of error are easily measured and can be confined. Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in Business and 3 years of experience in business which includes experience in a quote to cash function, process improvement, training, project management, customer service, and/or business system development or testing.
