UX Researcher
Purpose
Ensure Landmark products are grounded in user needs by planning and conducting research, synthesizing insights, and informing product decisions.
Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, etc.).
- Partner with designers to validate concepts and workflows.
- Translate findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Build and maintain a research knowledge base for reuse across teams.
- Advocate for users in product planning and design reviews.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years in UX research (mid-to-senior).
- Strong command of user research methods and usability evaluation.
- Experience with enterprise or technical domains preferred.
- Ability to communicate findings clearly to cross-functional stakeholders.
- Skilled at balancing rigor with speed in a fast-paced environment.
Nice-to-Haves
