Under broad direction, manages a team of procurement professionals and is accountable for sourcing plans to support manufacturing's, field operation's or project management's strategic plans. Assists with implementing and executing Category Management strategy as well as ensuring compliance with policies and procedures. Approves the selection and qualification of suppliers and negotiates for goods and services not covered under Category Management. Develops strategies to improve supplier performance for spending not under regional or global Category Management. Ensures collaboration with Business Development and Technology to set specifications for products and services. Job role has budgetary type of accountabilities or directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions. Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a related discipline and a minimum of 10 years of experience or equivalent industry experience in lieu of experience. Advanced procurement certification is preferred.

Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business ADM, STEM or related​

  • In-depth Market Knowledge​

  • Cost Optimization Management​

  • Supplier Relationship Management​

  • Strategic Planning and Problem Solving​

  • Strong Communication and Leadership skills

  • Technical Knowledge (ERP Systems: SAP, Ariba etc.)​

  • Regulatory and Compliance Awareness​

  • Project Management Skill

  • Fluent English
