Full-Stack Developer

Job Duties

  • Understand and develop diagrams and architectural solution designs.
  • Develop solutions using the designated programming languages.
  • Lead small projects.
  • Plan daily activities until project completion.
  • Document activities, understanding the company’s agile processes and using all required tools.
  • Prepare technical documentation for solutions.
  • Participate in meetings with clients, both in-person and remotely.
  • Show initiative in learning new technologies, studying, and qualifying according to company demands.
  • Attend training sessions and respond to messages when requested.
  • Handle administrative demands of the company.
  • Be available for national and international travel.
  • Estimate effort for planned activities according to established schedules.
  • Support clients when needed through company channels.
  • Monitor third-party activities, providing technical support and guiding the project according to the plan.
  • Test applications to validate both code coverage and system integrations.
  • Share acquired knowledge clearly and document it, creating presentations when necessary.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Postgraduate | Master's Degree: Desirable.
  • Certifications: AWS certifications are desirable.
  • Required Skills: Full-stack developer proficient in Java, Python, Angular, Node.js, SQL, with excellent knowledge in DevOps and MLOps. Basic understanding of cloud tools such as AWS, Azure, etc.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent.
  • Spanish Proficiency: Basic/Intermediate.
  • Additional Information: Proactivity, knowledge of new technologies (frameworks), and techniques applied in solution development and testing.
