We are seeking a Full-Stack Developer with strong programing skills and a solid foundation in scientific computing to build and optimize data-driven applications. In this role, you will design and implement robust frontend systems that provide user-friendly experiences, enabling advanced analytics and real-time insights.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions that support research and innovation in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain end-to-end applications, including front-end services in React
- Implement advanced visualizations with georeferenced data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver scalable, high-quality solutions
- Optimize and refactor existing code for performance and scalability
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues in applications and systems
- Stay current with trends in full-stack development, data visualization, and cloud technologies
- Maintain strong knowledge of modern development tools, standards, and best practices
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of professional software development experience (preferred)
- Strong proficiency in React, Angular, and JavaScript/TypeScript
- Strong proficiency in Python programming
- Hands-on experience with NumPy and Pandas
- Familiarity with back-end frameworks (e.g., FastAPI, Django) is a plus
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistical analysis
- Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)

- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field
- Geospatial Visualization Expertise: Building georeferenced 2D/3D rendering components (maps, terrain, volumetric data, point clouds) with accurate coordinate reference systems (CRS) connecting enterprise GIS platforms (ArcGIS, QGIS)
- Performance Optimization & UX: Designing responsive UI/UX for map control, layer management, and visualization tools.
- LLM & Agentic AI Integration: Building natural language interfaces for geospatial queries. Implementing agentic workflows for tool orchestration (data queries, spatial operations, visualization automation). Using RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and guardrails for safe AI execution
- Experience in the Oil & Gas industry (nice to have)
- Familiarity of WebGL/WebGPU, Three.js, CesiumJS, Deck.gl, or game engines like Unity/Unreal
