Facilities Contract Administrator

Job Duties

Under broad direction, oversees performance of office supply vendors and manages associated relationships and processes. Administers processes related to the acquisition of office supplies, including evaluation of supplier performance and cost/benefit analysis. May also administer processes related to the acquisition of business forms. Participates in the negotiation of supplier agreements for office supplies and any special value-added services. Prepares annual department budget and monitors budget activity. Job role is responsible for measurable assets such as department budgets, equipment, and may manage a small staff dependent on volume.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering
  • 8+ years of experience in facilities contract management with PEC
  • Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills
  • Ability to identify risks and ensure compliance
  • Attention to detail and cost control experience
  • Advanced English (C1 or higher)

Skills are typically acquired through an undergraduate degree in business administration, accounting or similar disciplines and 5-7 years of experience in office services, which includes experience in managing vendor performance. Completion of 8-10 years of directly related experience is acceptable in lieu of degree.
