Job Duties and Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Focal point for 24/7 monitoring of Fleet assets
- Travel and Accommodation booking management
- Ensure compliance with Fleet Regulation & Registration
- Receives job orders, assures resources are available, and communicates with customers and crews regarding job resources, scheduling, and services.
- Works independently, utilizing two-way radio and other communications equipment.
Role Requirements
- Experience with Fleet asset management (highly regarded)
- Knowledge of IVMS tracking systems (desirable)
- Able to work a rotating 12 hr day/night shift roster
- Proactive collaboration with internal and external stakeholders
- Intermediate to Advanced MS Office knowledge
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and knowledge of location services and equipment.
- Proficiency typically gained through 1-2 years related dispatching/location experience.
