Svc Leader-Subsea Safety Sys

Job Duties

  • Performs selected functions of a PDC or Service Coordinator under broad direction, alongside responsibilities as a Service Specialist for Subsea Safety Systems (SSS), on smaller locations or projects not requiring a full-time coordinator.
  • Builds on knowledge, competence, and skills acquired from lower-level roles.
  • Mentors and trains lower-level personnel in areas of expertise.
  • Acts as a dedicated Assessor for junior SSS personnel.
  • Interacts with customers to ensure service quality and satisfaction.
  • Supervises completions service personnel and/or shop personnel to meet or exceed customer requirements.
  • May oversee activities across multiple Product Service Lines (PSLs).
  • Focuses on personnel development, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction to support long-term growth and profitability.
  • May be responsible for facilities management.
  • Ensures all activities comply with Halliburton Management System (HMS) processes.
  • Collects and reviews customer satisfaction and job performance data.
  • Conducts follow-up with customers and plans future work activities.
  • Mentors and assesses Subsea Systems Service Specialists, Service Operators, and Operator Assistants.
  • Performs tasks that indirectly impact cost containment, efficiency, profitability, and operations.
  • Errors are measurable and typically limited in scope.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental responsibility.
  • Ensures compliance with all Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) regulations and procedures.
  • Actively participates in and promotes quality improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Preferred: Undergraduate degree in Engineering.
  • Preferred: IADC Well certification.
  • Requires a minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Service Specialist III, including field operations and management experience.
