AAM unifies​subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics, and risk into an open platform, integrated decision environment, enabling high-quality, high-velocity decision-making on ​capital projects across the asset lifecycle.

In this role, you will lead the development of innovative subsurface capabilities, ensuring our solutions meet customer needs and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and execute product strategy for subsurface workflows within AAM
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workflows and features on time and within scope
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product roadmap
• Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or equivalent in Reservoir Engineering or related subsurface discipline
• 10 years of experience in the E&P industry with strong subsurface expertise
• Proven experience in product management within the energy or software industry
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities
