Product Manager Facilities - Agile Asset Management

Job Duties

Our products span subsurface interpretation, well construction planning, reservoir simulation, production optimization, and digital operations. These are tools used daily by engineers and scientists at the world’s largest energy companies and run as cloud-native SaaS platforms and as enterprise on-premises solutions. 

We are looking for a Product Manager – Facilities to join our Agile Asset Management (AAM) team. AAM unifies subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics, and risk into an open platform, integrated decision environment, enabling high-quality, high-velocity decision-making on capital projects across the asset lifecycle. You will lead product development for subsea and topside facilities within AAM, delivering cross-domain functionality, ensuring our solutions address industry challenges and deliver measurable value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

•    Define and execute product strategy for facilities (subsea and topside) workflows within AAM
•    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workflows and features on time and within scope
•    Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product roadmap
•    Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

•    Master’s degree or equivalent in facilities (topside/subsea/mechanical) discipline 
•    10 years of experience in the E&P industry with strong facilities expertise
•    Proven experience in product management within the energy or software industry 
•    Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
•    Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities

•    Self-driven and proactive mindset
•    Strong customer focus
•    Ability to build trust across technical and commercial teams
•    Collaborative, with a global mindset
