Product Manager Facilities - Agile Asset Management - Landmark

Job Description

We are looking for a Product Manager – Facilities to join our Agile Asset Management (AAM) team. AAM unifies​subsurface, drilling, facilities, economics, and risk into an open platform, integrated decision environment, enabling high-quality, high-velocity decision-making on ​capital projects across the asset lifecycle. You will lead product development for subsea and topside facilities within AAM, delivering cross-domain functionality, ensuring our solutions address industry challenges and deliver measurable value to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute product strategy for facilities (subsea and topside) workflows within AAM
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality workflows and features on time and within scope
  • Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and prioritize the product roadmap
  • Monitor market trends and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree or equivalent in facilities (topside/subsea/mechanical) discipline
  • 10 years of experience in the E&P industry with strong facilities expertise
  • Proven experience in product management within the energy or software industry
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in an agile environment and manage multiple priorities
