Junior Office Assistant

Job Description

Landmark, a Halliburton company, develops software and data solutions for the global energy industry. Our Oslo office brings together engineers, scientists, and business professionals from a wide range of countries and backgrounds, creating an international and collaborative working environment.

We are looking for a Junior Office Assistant to help keep our Oslo office running smoothly, efficiently, and professionally every day. This is a varied, hands-on role combining reception duties with practical day-to-day support for a fast-growing team. You will be one of the first points of contact for employees, visitors, vendors, and service providers, while helping ensure that the workplace is organized, welcoming, and well supported.

You will work closely with the Oslo Office Manager and interact with colleagues across different teams and locations. The role suits someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable moving between different tasks throughout the day, and is willing to take initiative when something needs attention.

Previous office experience is helpful, but it is not the most important thing. We are looking for someone who is organized, reliable, approachable and service-minded, with a willingness to take ownership and get things done.

Qualifications

  • 0–2 years of relevant experience
  • Previous experience in administration, reception, hospitality, customer service or office support is an advantage, but not required
  • Relevant education in service, administration, or a related field is an advantage
  • Good general IT skills, including familiarity with Microsoft 365 or similar office applications
  • Willingness and ability to learn new systems, procedures and administrative processes.
