Service Specialist II-III - Artificial Lift

Job Description

  • Under general supervision, ideal candidate performs repairs, routine checks, and troubleshooting on Horizontal Pumping Systems - HPS.
  • Provides instruction and technical support to customer personnel in the proper handling and operating procedures of HPS.
  • Will be responsible for tracking and maintaining preventive maintenance, repairs, alignments, and basic vibration analysis on HPS units.
  • Prepares paperwork to include detailed service reports and forms.
  • Trains and coaches new hires in basic principles.
  • Ability and willingness to travel out of town when required.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Maintain mechanical performance and cleanliness of truck used in transportation to and from the field.

Qualifications

  • High school or similar education is required and 4+ years of experience in artificial lift operations.
  • Performs basic mathematical calculations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division is required.
  • Basic reading comprehension and writing skills are required.

Preferred Skillsets
  • Rotary alignment Experience
  • Vibration Analysis
  • Centrifugal Pump / Artificial Lift
  • Mechanical / Basic Electrical Experience
  • Basic Computer Skills

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
