Your Responsibilities:
- Manage procurement activities for projects, ensuring cost-effective purchasing, timely deliveries, and proactive supply-chain risk mitigation
- Ensure all purchases comply with internal policies, regulations, and supplier agreements while optimizing cost and efficiency
- Support tender work with accurate cost estimates, lead-time inputs, and supplier assessments
- Maintain accurate procurement documentation, system records, and transparent reporting
- Build strong supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and drive continuous improvement
- Lead supplier qualification and performance evaluations to strengthen supply-chain resilience
- Drive sourcing activities, including identifying new suppliers, analyzing market opportunities, and recommending sourcing alternatives to improve competitiveness and reduce risk
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Finance, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
- Proven procurement experience with strong sourcing expertise, including supplier identification, market analysis, and support for long-term supply-chain strategies
- Solid understanding of purchasing strategies, supplier negotiations, and cost optimization
- Strong communication skills in both Norwegian and English
- Independent, resourceful, and adaptable, with a solution-oriented mindset
- Detail-oriented and structured, ensuring efficient task execution
