Duties:                                 

Applies expert knowledge of Halliburton's Seismic logging products and technology to provide technical and operational expertise to external customer. Applies Engineering knowledge gained through several years of experience to deliver data to customers primarily in the oil and gas industry by using Halliburton’s logging tools, software, surface systems and conveyance. This data is instrumental in assisting customers in making decisions on oil/gas well construction, completion and production. Additional responsibilities include: Ability to discuss with a customer their need and convert into the proper technological solution from the catalog of technology within Halliburton and its vendors. Able to pass and hold certifications in IADC Well Control – Wireline, T-BOSIET with CA-EBS, Rigpass/Safegulf, API Rigger, and Fall User Rescue. Conduct tool and equipment movements utilizing overhead cranes and forklifts. Identify and mitigate risk on offshore oil and gas platforms, rigs, and drillships related to safety and service quality. Test newer technology as an end point user to provide feedback for proper field modifications required for functionality. Direct communications from offshore onto land by deploying and configuring Starlink or Craddlepoint systems. Applies expert knowledge of Halliburton's Seismic logging products and technology to provide technical and operational expertise to external customer. Responsible for pre-job planning, job execution, post job analysis and overall performance of company assets on most complex projects. Actively participates in the training and development of operators and Associate Field Professionals in areas of expertise. Promotes and ensures compliance with Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) and Service Quality (SQ) standards, practices and guidelines. May work at various unanticipated locations throughout U.S.

Requirements:                                        Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field and 5 years of experience in the job offered or in a Field Prof-L&P Seismic, Gen-related occupation.

Position requires experience in the following:

  1. Experience delivering technical presentations on logging and perforating service presenting data gathering results, technical discussions regarding equipment issues, and investigations on possible wellsite issues.
  2. Experience managing and supervising team while working on customers sites to ensure service quality, health, safety, and environmental compliance from employee and those reporting to employee while on location.
  3. Experience in risk planning, analysis, and mitigation applied to tasks required to complete a cased hole wireline preparation, mobilization, execution, and demobilization.
  4. Experience handling, shipping, storing hazardous materials required to complete operations required as part of operations.
