Completion Tools Forklift Operator - 203110

New Iberia, Louisiana, United States

Job Duties

  • Under strict supervision, loads and unloads materials shipped and received by truck, barge, and rail.
  • Perform daily preventative maintenance on forklifts.
  • Fill in bill of lading with correct information.
  • Verify condition and amount of all incoming products.
  • Feed and remove palletized material in shrink wrap system.
  • Performs various duties related to the distribution of products and various assignments directed by supervisor.
  • Locate bulk and box cars with track mobile for loading, unloading and switching.
  • Keeps finished product stored in designated area.
  • Promotes safety awareness and environmental consciousness, and complies with all applicable safety and environmental procedures and regulations.
  • Ensures compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) regulations and guidelines.
  • Promotes and takes an active part in the quality improvement process.

Qualifications

Skills are typically acquired through a high school diploma or similar education.
