We are looking for a Logging & Perforating Maintenance Professional to play a critical role in maintaining the reliability, performance, and operational readiness of advanced surface and downhole equipment used in some of the industry's most demanding environments.

What You'll Do


As a Logging & Perforating Maintenance Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and performance of critical surface and downhole equipment through preventive maintenance, corrective repairs, testing, and technical support.


Key responsibilities include:


•    Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on Logging & Perforating surface and downhole equipment.
•    Troubleshoot and repair electromechanical systems supporting field operations.
•    Support the maintenance and functionality of open-hole and cased-hole tools.
•    Conduct laboratory and field testing to verify equipment performance and reliability.
•    Lifting and handling of heavy tools.
•    Diagnose equipment failures and implement effective corrective actions.
•    Maintain documentation and equipment service records in accordance with company standards.
•    Coordinate and follow up on equipment repairs performed by external repair facilities.
•    Partner with Technical Services to resolve complex equipment issues.
•    Monitor spare parts inventory and support equipment readiness initiatives.
•    Provide field support when required to help resolve equipment performance challenges.
•    Mentor, train, and support the development of less experienced maintenance professionals.
•    Promote a strong culture of Health, Safety, Environment (HSE), and Service Quality (SQ).

Qualifications

We're seeking motivated professionals who enjoy solving technical challenges and working in a fast-paced operational environment.


•    Undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering is mandatory
•    At least 5 to 7 years of experience in electromechanical maintenance, equipment repair, or a related technical field.
•    Knowledge of surface systems and downhole logging and perforating tools.
•    Experience with preventive maintenance programs and troubleshooting methodologies.
•    Familiarity with test equipment, electronics, instrumentation, and maintenance practices.
•    Ability to interpret technical documentation and maintenance procedures.
•    Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
•    Availability to handle situations requiring attention outside of working hours.
•    Availability to work at remote offshore and onshore locations.
•    Willingness to support field operations and travel to operational locations when required.
•    English proficiency is mandatory.
