Sr Government Relations Rep

Job Duties

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of all activities related to visa, work permit, license, security pass, and other government-mandated processes.
  • Ensure the timely processing and completion of all immigration and regulatory documentation requirements.
  • Manage and oversee compliance with current government procedures, regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Liaise directly with government authorities and officials to facilitate approvals and resolve administrative issues.
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with relevant government stakeholders through regular face-to-face engagement.
  • Monitor changes in government policies and ensure organizational compliance with updated requirements.
  • Provide administrative coordination and supervision to support efficient processing of documentation and permits.

Qualifications

  • Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Apply strong administrative and supervisory skills to manage workflows and ensure service delivery standards are met.
  • Utilize a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience to effectively handle complex government relations and documentation processes.
