Procurement Specialist - Temporary

Job Duties

Under Direct Supervision

  • Contract administration in the Supply Chain area, assisting with operational/statistical management and KPI control
  • Participation in management meetings and the presentation/development of performance and development reports aimed at continuous improvement
  • Support in supervising and managing training and providing technical support to the team of buyers and bidding specialists
  • Development of processes based on performance improvement in Supply Chain and participation in supporting internal leadership (internal clients), optimizing compliance achievements
  • Act as a multiplier in promoting and practicing the Company’s and market’s policies, work methods, and business procedures

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, International Trade, or related fields
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in negotiations, contract administration, and procedures within the Supply Chain area
  • Advanced English
  • Desirable knowledge in Oil & Gas
  • Desirable knowledge of SAP and SAP Ariba
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Availability to reside in Macaé, RJ
