Job Duties and Qualifications
Requirements:
- STEM Degree: A completed degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics is required, providing a solid foundation for technical understanding and problem-solving.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience: Experience in a similar role is essential, demonstrating the ability to manage complex technical operations, including offshore assignments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review and align technical solutions: Collaborate closely with sector representatives to ensure proposed solutions meet required standards and align with operational objectives.
- Develop operational sequences: Create detailed, step-by-step plans for operational procedures, ensuring efficiency and adherence to project requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk analysis: Identify potential risks in operations, assess their impact, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure safety and project success.
- Customer interface: Serve as the primary contact with the customer, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment between client needs and project execution.
Specific Skills and Knowledge:
- Required: Proficiency in Openwells, ensuring accurate data management and monitoring of well operations.
- Desired: Familiarity with tools such as Wellcat, Wellplan, Casing Seat, Compass, Casing Wear, Stresscheck, and @Risk to enhance well planning and operations analysis.
