Job Duties

Responsibilities:

  • Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
  • Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery. May advise HR and business leaders across the organization on best practices. 
  • Develops subject matter expertise and supports the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes related to the following disciplines:  International HR/Global Mobility, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems, or HR Operations.
  • Responsible for HR data reporting used to determine meaningful recommendations and actions to improve overall HR service delivery.
  • Collaborates with and advises stakeholders, creates tools and resources, and executes basic programs and projects.
  • Supports the efficient delivery of processes, programs and policies through the application of specialized knowledge and skills, analysis, and business acumen.
  • May communicate programs and processes to leaders and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a similar discipline;
  • Generalist experience in Human Resources;
  • Advanced English;
  • This role is based in Macaé (RJ).
