Job Description
Job Duties:
- Under general supervision, position generally works directly with a product service line (PSL) and is responsible for handling all inventory related issues such as goods receipts, goods issues to the sales orders, inventory counting and reconciliation, to support timely and accurate billing.
- This position also requires an understanding of the relevant PSL and their products.
- Performs other duties and activities as directed.
- The position requires knowledge of all interfaces with the PSL's, Plant Maintenance, and Finance & Admin, where applicable to materials usage.
Qualifications:
- Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in Canada will not be considered. Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Two year degree preferred.
- Two years of related experience in material handling.
- Experience working in a warehouse environment is preferred.
- Experience with computers and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, etc.).
- This position will require physical activities including but not limited to inventory organization, parts receiving, etc.
- Organization skills and attention to detail highly preferred.
Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Material Coordinator III.
