Job Duties

We are looking for an experienced Reservoir Engineer or Geoscientist to join our Unified Ensemble Modeling (UEM) Consulting Team.
This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in integrated reservoir studies, reservoir simulation, geomodeling, and uncertainty-aware decision making who are passionate about helping operators transform their subsurface workflows.


As part of the UEM team, you will work directly with clients to implement and support next-generation, ensemble-based reservoir modeling workflows that integrate geological, geophysical, petrophysical, and production data into consistent reservoir management solutions. You will help customers move beyond traditional single-model approaches and adopt uncertainty-centric workflows that improve field development planning, reservoir management, and production optimization.

What You'll Do


•    Lead and support customer engagements focused on ensemble-based reservoir modeling and uncertainty quantification.
•    Apply reservoir engineering and/or geoscience expertise to design, execute, and interpret integrated reservoir modeling studies.
•    Partner with customer asset teams to build uncertainty-aware workflows that combine static and dynamic subsurface data.
•    Facilitate the adoption of Unified Ensemble Modeling (UEM) methodologies and best practices across customer organizations.
•    Collaborate with multidisciplinary customer teams to evaluate development scenarios, optimize reservoir management strategies, and support informed decision making.
•    Deliver technical workshops, training, to reservoir engineers, geologists, geomodelers.
•    Contribute to product development by providing feedback from customer engagements, testing new capabilities, and helping shape future workflows and software solutions.
•    Work closely with domain experts, product managers, and software developers to advance industry-leading reservoir management technologies.
•    Support business growth by engaging with prospective clients, demonstrating technical value, and helping identify new opportunities.

Qualifications

•    5-10 years of industry experience in Reservoir Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, or a related subsurface discipline.
•    Experience working for an E&P operator, consulting company, or oilfield service company in reservoir characterization, geomodeling, reservoir simulation, or integrated reservoir studies.
•    Strong understanding of integrated reservoir modeling workflows, including the integration of geological, petrophysical, seismic, dynamic and production data.
•    Practical experience conducting reservoir management, field development planning, reservoir simulation, history matching, or uncertainty assessment studies.
•    Programming skills such as Python is desirable but not excluding.
•    Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to multidisciplinary technical and management audiences.
•    Strong customer-facing and consulting skills with the ability to build trusted relationships and influence technical decisions.
•    Willingness to travel within the assigned region.

Minimum Qualifications: Minimum qualifications may be acquired through technical schools or equivalent related experience. Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.
