Job Duties
- Under broad direction, is considered a Subject Matter Expert based on their knowledge and understanding of applicable science and technology as well as the oil and gas industry.
- Partners with customers to demonstrate expert knowledge in at least one technical area or business domain.
- Communicates to individual clients how the use of technology solutions improve their work processes allowing them to become more productive.
- Understands and can articulate a variety of solutions (mainstay processes) which can be created and/or modified for customer need.
- Has the ability to lead small or large teams and can be a direct point of contact for clients.
- Effectively plans and manages work of assigned teams to meet desired service level targets.
- Maintains a consistent client-focused approach with clients and/or individuals.
- Requires a completion of an undergraduate degree in geo-science, engineering, computer science or business and a minimum of 10 years of experience in IT and/or O&G Domain Consulting which includes experience in oil and gas industry.

- Responsible for cost and quality of those functions under their leadership.
Qualifications
