Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and support Workforce Software (WFS) timekeeping operations.
  • Manage testing, system maintenance, and timekeeping processes.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. labor laws, FLSA, overtime rules, and payroll compliance.
  • Experience with ADP/WFS integrations and enterprise payroll environments.
  • Senior-level resource capable of owning timekeeping operations and support.
  • Establish case-management system processes and response times.
  • Respond to employee and manager inquiries regarding time issues.
  • Create training materials for future help desk resources (FAQs, etc.).

Qualifications

  • Completion of a university degree in business, computer science, mathematics, engineering, management information systems, supply chain, or similar technical degree.
  • 5+ years of hands-on Workforce Suite (WFS Time and Attendance) experience in an enterprise payroll environment — strongly preferred. Or experience with an enterprise level Time and Attendance system.
  • Exceptionally detail-oriented with the ability to independently own timekeeping operations at a senior level.
  • Deep knowledge of U.S. labor laws including FLSA, state overtime regulations, and meal/rest break requirements.
  • Experience managing ADP/WFS integrations and resolving interface or data issues.
  • Demonstrated ability to establish case management processes and drive resolution on employee timekeeping inquiries.
  • Strong work ethic with the ability to manage high-volume timekeeping operations with minimal oversight.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience building help desk training materials, FAQ documentation, and end-user resources.
  • Experience in large enterprise or Fortune 500 organizations with complex, multi-state workforce structures.
  • Familiarity with ADP GlobalView or ADP Workforce Now.
  • CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) designation is a plus.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including F&A Business Analyst or Senior F&A Buisness Analyst.
