Job Duties and Qualifications
- Plans and manages a full range of real estate processes to achieve cost effective and timely real estate transactions, encompassing property selection and acquisition through negotiation and lease or purchase contracts and the marketing and disposal of excess properties.
- Develops and implements negotiating strategies for lease or purchase of real properties.
- Prepares and presents recommendations on negotiated terms and conditions of transactions to internal clients.
- Coordinates resources in Law, Health Safety and Environmental (HSE), Tax, and Risk Management departments to complete acquisition and disposal transactions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business Administration, finance, real estate management
- Experience in creating and managing leases.
- Strong negotiations skills
- Demonstrated knowledge in the Commercial Real Estate Market
- Excellent communication skills
- Business acumen and attention to details
