Role & Responsibility
- Administer the U.S. fuel card system, including issuing, auditing and compliance tracking
- Limited supervision and may be responsible for coordinating or directing the work activities of others
- Responsible for processing:
- New light-duty vehicle work orders
- Manage license
- Vehicle registrations
- State transfers and activations
- Must use initiative and judgment arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives
- Must be able to interact with internal and external customers
- Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for immediate supervisor
- Prepare complex reports and maintain detailed records for multiple data sources
Qualifications
- Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in fleet operations, fuel card administration, or related fields
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Proficient with various software applications and data management tools
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
