Principal Fleet Admin

Role & Responsibility

  • Administer the U.S. fuel card system, including issuing, auditing and compliance tracking
  • Limited supervision and may be responsible for coordinating or directing the work activities of others
  • Responsible for processing:
    • New light-duty vehicle work orders
    • Manage license
    • Vehicle registrations
    • State transfers and activations
  • Must use initiative and judgment arranging job details to achieve predetermined objectives
  • Must be able to interact with internal and external customers
  • Possesses considerable autonomy in completing projects for immediate supervisor
  • Prepare complex reports and maintain detailed records for multiple data sources

Qualifications

  • Requires 8+ years of relevant experience in fleet operations, fuel card administration, or related fields
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Proficient with various software applications and data management tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
