Job Duties
- Supporting Salesforce applications related to Proposals, Order Management, Case Management, and Scheduling systems through backlog refinement, testing, and user training as required
- Providing troubleshooting assistance for application and data integration issues to ensure smooth OTC operations between Salesforce and SAP
- Assisting in the development and coordination of reports and dashboards that measure performance based on global OTC standards
- Collaborating with OTC Leads, Champions, and cross-functional teams to review and document business requirements for system enhancements
- Contributing to process improvement initiatives that enhance data accuracy, workflow efficiency, and system performance
- Participating in user training, knowledge-sharing sessions, and testing cycles to support business readiness and adoption of new functionality
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, or a related field
- Experience: 5–6 years of experience in OTC operations or systems support
- Familiarity with Salesforce and SAP applications
- Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and organizational abilities
