OTC Analyst, Lead - OTC Manager

Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Description

  • Provide support for OTC software applications, including backlog refinement, testing, and user training as required.
  • Offer troubleshooting assistance for issues related to OTC applications when necessary.
  • May provide training to other employees in singular or group sessions
  • Under broad direction, develops financial and analytical reports that measure performance based upon globally defined OTC standards. Leads the coordination and development of reports with other OTC analysts requiring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Partners with OTC Champion to review metrics for the OTC organization as required by OTC Management and Reconciles and analyzes complex OTC metrics.
  • Can be called upon to assist OTC Management in creation of new globally used metrics.
  • Job role directly impacts a revenue center's viability or its quality of service via personal contributions.

Requirements

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in Business or related discipline and 5 years of experience are required.
  • Strong computer and analytical skills are required.
  • Additionally, incumbent must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from OTC Analyst, Lead to OTC Manager.
