Material Coordinator (II - III - Lead)

Job Duties

  • Ensure the timely and accurate movement, receipt, storage, and distribution of materials and products.
  • Maintain inventory accuracy through proper material handling, tracking, and documentation practices.
  • Receive, stock, issue, and transport materials in accordance with operational requirements.
  • Utilize handheld scanners and inventory management tools to support warehouse operations.
  • Operate warehouse equipment, including lift trucks, in a safe and efficient manner.
  • Support daily warehouse operations and contribute to an organized, safe, and productive work environment.
  • Perform routine housekeeping and clean-up activities throughout the warehouse.
  • Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Provide timely and professional customer support to meet material and operational needs.
  • Complete additional duties and projects as assigned to support business needs.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in material handling, warehouse operations, or a related field.
  • Experience working in an operations, manufacturing, or distribution environment preferred.
  • Familiarity with handheld scanners, inventory control systems, and warehouse processes preferred.
  • Lift truck certification, or the ability to obtain certification, preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining inventory accuracy.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks associated with warehouse operations, including lifting, carrying, and moving materials.
  • Willingness to perform additional duties as assigned.
