Production Enhancement (PE) develops and delivers industry-leading technologies that improve stimulation performance, increase well productivity, and enhance reservoir recovery. Through innovation in chemistry, mechanical systems, diagnostics, and digital solutions, the PE Technology organization supports global operations by creating tools and processes that optimize production efficiency, reduce risk, and deliver measurable value for customers.

About the Role

The Manager, PSL Global Process Assurance leads the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of quality and process assurance programs across the Production Enhancement portfolio. This role ensures consistent execution of global standards, drives operational excellence, and safeguards compliance with internal policies, customer requirements, and regulatory frameworks.

Operating as a strategic partner to operations, technology, and commercial teams, the role provides leadership, governance, and performance oversight to enhance reliability, mitigate risk, and improve overall service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead the design, implementation, and governance of global quality and process assurance programs across the PSL.
• Establish and maintain standards, procedures, and controls to ensure consistent execution and compliance with company, customer, and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality, process adherence, and operational performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data insights, root cause analysis, and lessons learned.
• Partner with operations, technology, and commercial teams to ensure alignment of quality standards with business objectives and customer expectations.
• Provide leadership and direction to quality and process assurance personnel, including staffing, capability development, and performance management.
• Interface with internal stakeholders and external customers to support contract requirements, audits, and performance reviews.
• Lead risk identification, mitigation strategies, and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) across the organization.
• Support global and regional initiatives to standardize processes, improve efficiency, and enhance service delivery.
• Ensure readiness for internal and external audits, including regulatory, customer, and certification requirements.
• Represent the PSL in cross-functional forums related to quality, compliance, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

Required
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 7–10 years of experience in quality, process assurance, operations, or related roles within oil & gas, chemicals, or industrial environments.

Preferred
• Experience in Production Enhancement, chemical services, or similar PSL-relevant operations.
• Professional certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Management certifications).
• Demonstrated experience leading global or multi-region quality/process initiatives.
