Job Duties and Qualifications

Job Description

  • Assist others with programming, system testing, documentation, system deployment, training, and project setup/support often involving performing project setups, analyses, designs, etc., for/with customers.
  • Subject Matter Expert in Microsoft Power Platform and integrating technologies
  • Deliver and support services and solutions using the Power Platform suite with Azure Integrations: Microsoft’s PowerApps, Power Automate, AI builder, SharePoint, Dynamics, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations.
  • Manage Environments, Configurations, Security, Integrations and Deployments related to the MSFT Power Platform
  • Carry out Governance reviews that goes through Security and Architecture when enabling new connectors and MS products and reseller products
  • Provide architecture designs, configurations, administration, and functional support to expand capabilities in Microsoft 365.
  • Identify new areas and business processes where O365 power platform can be leveraged and facilitate continual process improvement
  • Create and maintain documentation for the environment and solutions
  • Provide daily production system support and user support
  • Support and cultivate the Power Platform user community
  • Develop and delivery of end user training

Requirements

  • Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in CS, MIS, BA or Engineering.
  • 10 years of related experience or through 14 years of software development experience years of experience in Systems Development and/or Applications Support which includes experience in Analysis, Design, Programming, Product Selection, Support and/or Maintenance.
  • Good knowledge of functional area and associated applications and information technologies.
  • Computer skills are well developed with capability to perform analysis and develop relatively complex applications.
