Job Duties
- Ensures the effective administration and improvement of one of more compensation processes; contributes to the development and implementation of compensation projects and programs
- Works with others inside and outside of the organization to guarantee the smooth administration of compensation policies and programs
- Creates tools, resources, and documentation to support HR initiatives and enhance user experience
- Executes and manages more complex HR programs and projects with minimal oversight
- Retrieve, analyze and interpret data using SAP, SuccessFactors, Excel, and vendor systems
- Identify and implement process improvements to ensure accurate and effective plan administration
- Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and company policies regarding recognition awards, equity compensation, and incentive compensation, to ensure tasks are executed in compliance with global regulations and company requirements
- Special projects and other duties, as required
Qualifications
- Acute attention to detail and accuracy of processing
- Strong sense of customer service delivery demonstrated through clear written and oral communications
- Perform assigned tasks that require knowledge and demonstrated application of basic principles and skills in compensation programs
- Actively seeks out and shares information, asks questions, checks for understanding and utilizes resources effectively
- Organizes and analyzes information in a manner understandable to others and ability to present verbally and in writing
- Applies a method or structure to the assigned work to complete necessary steps resulting in timely resolution of employee issues or project work
- Requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources management, business administration, or a related field and a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Professional HR certification preferred
