HR Specialist II - HR Specialist, Sr.

Job Duties
- Support the effective operation and improvement of one or more HR processes under general supervision
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop tools, resources, and execute HR programs and projects
- Develop subject matter expertise in one or more of the following areas: Compensation, Benefits, International HR/Global Mobility, Employee Relations, Learning and Development, Talent Acquisition, HR Information Systems (HRIS), or HR Operations
- Apply specialized knowledge, analytical skills, and business acumen to support the efficient delivery of HR processes, programs, and policies
- Produce and analyze HR data reports to provide meaningful recommendations for improving HR service delivery
- Experience providing high-volume production support activities within a global organization
- Ability to provide strong customer service and work independently to solve complex issues
- Experience developing, documenting, and cataloging support procedures
- Provide guidance to HR and business leaders on best practices, as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field required
- HRIS Support Analyst with 5+ years supporting HR ERP software (e.g. SAP HR, SuccessFactors Employee Central, Workday, Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM)
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant HR experience
- Master’s degree and Professional HR Certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively across teams
