Global Mobility Advisor

Job Duties

  • Under broad direction, supports and implements HR processes focused on International HR / Global Mobility.
  • Manages and supports complex initiatives related to Taxes, Immigration, Global Mobility policies, and vendor management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
  • Analyzes and interprets market data related to Global Mobility programs (e.g., goods and services, area premium, per diems).
  • Provides hands‑on support to employees on international assignments and short‑term mobility scenarios.
  • Supports Canada inbound immigration activities and selected Canada home‑country HR processes.
  • Reviews and validates Canada immigration vendor invoices.
  • Acts as a subject matter resource to HR partners and business stakeholders on Global Mobility topics.
  • Partners closely with Relocation, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.

Qualifications

  • Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
  • Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
