Job Duties
- Under broad direction, supports and implements HR processes focused on International HR / Global Mobility.
- Manages and supports complex initiatives related to Taxes, Immigration, Global Mobility policies, and vendor management, ensuring alignment with business needs.
- Analyzes and interprets market data related to Global Mobility programs (e.g., goods and services, area premium, per diems).
- Provides hands‑on support to employees on international assignments and short‑term mobility scenarios.
- Supports Canada inbound immigration activities and selected Canada home‑country HR processes.
- Reviews and validates Canada immigration vendor invoices.
- Acts as a subject matter resource to HR partners and business stakeholders on Global Mobility topics.
- Partners closely with Relocation, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll, and HR Business Partners.
Qualifications
- Requires an undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or similar disciplines and a minimum of 6 years of experience.
- Master's degree and Professional HR Certification preferred.
