Job Duties & Requirements

  • Responsible for performing task and activities in supporting the Sustainability Reporting quarterly/annual requirements
  • Have Halliburton operational field knowledge to assist in calculation of our annual emissions calculations and audit assurance, work with subject matter experts (SME) in preparing methodologies and build workpapers for these activities
  • Maintain a working knowledge of and research findings regarding regulatory changes, trends, and issues relevant to environmental sustainability requirements (GHG emissions, GRI, TCFD, SASB, and future knowledge around CSRD, and ISSB requirements coming in near future)
  • Responsible for preparation, review, and accuracy of Sustainability Reporting activities within the Sustainability Reporting team, including deadline adherence, reviewing, and performing ongoing process improvements
  • Participate in multi-functional teams and work with subject matter experts (SME) in preparing methodologies for key performance indicators (KPI) for reporting obligations
  • Support Halliburton in driving the education, communication, and implementation of the Sustainability Reporting requirements across the company
  • Responsible for interpreting and applying company policy, controls, and principles as it relates to Sustainability Reporting
  • Demonstrates advanced functionality of common office environment and relevant business applications
  • Requires completion of an undergraduate degree in business, engineering or other related field and a minimum of five (5) years of experience. MBA or graduate degree is preferred
  • Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles give (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be availablefrom the coordinator up to the manager
