Executive Assistant

Job Duties and Qualifications

Responsibilities: 
•    Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and internal and external stakeholders
•    Must have strong time management practices in handling complex schedules and calendars.
•    Coordinating high-level meetings between Halliburton and their major customers.
•    Must have experience in arranging and scheduling domestic and international travel itineraries, booking flights, hotels and transportation, and managing travel expenses for executive and their directs. 
•    Preparing meeting agenda, ensuring logistical arrangements are in place.
•    Preparing reports, presentations, and other documents, ensuring they are accurate and professional.
•    Handling internal and external communications ensuring timely and accurate responses.
•    Must help executive maintain continuity and stability, allowing them to focus on critical business operations even during travel periods.
•    Compose and format information for internal and external communication.
•    Must be highly adaptable and responsive to changing demands and processes, allowing for efficient management of executive’s time and schedule.
•    Must be able to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion.   

Qualifications:
•    Must have strong MS Office Knowledge (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)
•    Skills with SAP (Concur Travel & Expenses) and SharePoint
•    Outstanding organization and time management skills
•    Excellent verbal and written communication skills with internal and external customers
•    3-5 years of experience in high-level administrative support role 

Candidates having qualification that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher-level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs. Depending on education, experience and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available from Executive Assistant to Sr Executive Assistant.
