Executive Assistant - Internal Assurance Services (Audit & Controls)

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail‑oriented Executive Assistant to support the SVP of Internal Assurance Services function that is comprised of both Internal Audit and Controls. This role is critical to ensuring seamless executive support, operational continuity, and organizational effectiveness across executive, audit, and administrative workflows. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, trusted with sensitive information, and adept at managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. This position requires professionalism, discretion, strong technical proficiency across Microsoft applications, and the ability to build productive relationships across the company.

Job Duties

  • Provides comprehensive executive and team support, including complex calendar management, travel coordination, and expense processing and IT related assistance.
  • Manages onsite and virtual logistics by scheduling meetings, reserving conference rooms, coordinating visitor access and supporting smooth operational flow.
  • Assists in onboarding of new team members, maintaining organization charts and requesting security access to Teams folders and shared drives.  
  • Supports audit readiness by requesting information and maintaining key organizational materials both pre- and post- audits.
  • Anticipates supervisor(s) needs by interpreting policies, preparing various materials, and ensures supervisor(s) are informed ahead of meetings and commitments.  

Qualifications

  • Requires 7-8 years of experience.

Candidates having qualifications that exceed the minimum job requirements will receive consideration for higher level roles given (1) their experience, (2) additional job requirements, and/or (3) business needs.  Depending on education, experience, and skill level, a variety of job opportunities might be available, including Executive Assistant or Senior Executive Assistant.
